Benefit
The UK office of an international luxury eyewear brand is seeking a capable customer service, marketing and operations person to join their small tram.
Working in an office of 6 people, the role will be responsible for core customer care duties, producing the import/export documentation and operations, as well assisting with the general marketing activities.

The role would suit someone with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the UK in a broad role covering marketing, customer service, and import/export.


HOURS: Mon to Fri 9am – 6pm
LOCATION: West London (Chiswick / Stamford Brook)
SALARY: £18-23K, depending on experience


CORE DUTIES
• Deal with customers either by telephone or electronically
• Respond promptly to customers inquiries
• Handle and resolve customers complaints
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the correct senior staff member
• Obtain all relevant information to handle product / service inquiries
• Provide pricing and delivery information
• Perform customers verifications, set up new customers accounts, and maintain customer database
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Monitor agent activities and relationships with main customers / distributors
• Preparing export documents, letters and reports.
• Create marketing presentations
• Organise and attend meetings, events and exhibitions
• Organise special events ad hoc for key customers
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
• Support the operations manager in all other activities


IDEAL APPLICANT
• Marketing or International Business degree
• Marketing skills & experience
• Experience with import / export documents (packing list, commercial invoices, certificate of origin, FDA, etc.)
• Fluent English skills (written & spoken) plus German, French and/or Spanish
• Strong computer skills - Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good numeracy skills
• Genuine interest in helping customers
• Ability to work as part of a very small office team of 6 staff
• Patience and calmness under pressure
• Able to handle complaints and difficult situations
